Cement Construction Industry Silo, Cement Silo Price
Cement Silos are used for the storage and distribution of various types of cement.
There are different types of cement silos such as the low-level mobile silo and the static upright cement silo, which are used to hold and discharge cement and other powder materials such as PFA (Pulverised Fuel Ash).
The low-level silos are fully mobile. They are simple to transport and are easy to set up on site. These mobile silos generally come equipped with an electronic weighing system with digital display and printer. This allows any quantity of cement or powder discharged from the silo to be controlled and also provides an accurate indication of what remains inside the silo. The static upright silos are considered a low-maintenance option for the storage of cement or other powders. Cement silos can be used in conjunction with bin-fed batching plants.
It is important to note that the materials and the design of a cement silo will vary with the cement product, as we all know, not all types of building materials are conducive to keeping cement mixture from caking or absorbing moisture. For example, a silo that is structured to protect the integrity of soda ash may not work as well with lime. Along with the ingredients of the concrete, the configuration of the cement silo will be slightly different for products that are identified as high performance concrete or self-compacting concrete.
FDSP Silos will help you design the best solution for your product, and will build the best concrete silo to ensure the safety of your material.
